Exceptional products made sustainably
Top quality cheese requires a consistent source of top quality milk. Bram milks 430 cows, with a mix of autumn and spring calving. He will tell us about how his focus on sustainability and best practice allows him to produce the milk Over the Moon requires.
Make it yourself
Over the Moon founder, Sue Arthur, and Master Cheesemaker, Neil Willman, will talk about the genesis of Over the Moon and their cheese school. They have taught hundreds of dairy farmers how to make artisanal cheese and may inspire you to take the plunge and produce your own!
Often we are too busy farming to cook great food at home. Celebrity cook and author Annabelle White is going to share her simple, tasty recipes, and surefire tips and tricks. She will also remind us about the importance of why we are doing what we are doing – producing the best quality product we can, to turn into healthy, delicious food.
Have a feast while you are with us!
We have organised a yummy lunch as we know you are going to be hungry after this day. You will be able to sample a delicious filled roll with bread handcrafted by Bella Pane, followed by a gourmet ice cream from the Kowhai Creamery Ice Cream truck. Nom nom!!
