How many hours do you spend in the shed each day? Josh Wheeler, QCONZ, will share practical ways you can smarten up your act to benefit you, your cows, and your bottom-line next season. This session will include: actions you can take this winter, possible cost-effective labour-saving strategies, such as MaxT, streamlining your milking routine, and optimising your machinery to improve milking speed.
